1. What does the monthly cook service include?
Our monthly cook service includes daily visits from a trained home cook for the selected number of visits and hours per day. The cook can prepare regular meals, assist with kitchen prep, and ensure hygienic cooking as per your household preferences.
2. What if my cook is absent or on leave?
If your assigned cook is unavailable, Midclap will provide a substitute cook at no additional cost. You will be notified in advance whenever possible.
3. What if I want to try the service before booking a monthly plan?
You can book our On Demand cook for a one-time visit on an hourly basis. Itβs a quick and convenient way to experience our service quality and reliability before opting for a monthly subscription. You can even request the same cook for your monthly plan, subject to availability.
4. Can I change my cook or shift timings later?
Yes, you can request a change in shift timing or replacement cook during the subscription period by contacting our support team. Changes are usually accommodated within 2β3 working days depending on availability.
