1.1. All payments made on the Midclap platform for any service, including on-demand and monthly services, are non-refundable, unless specifically covered under the clauses mentioned in this Refund Policy.
1.2. By using our services, you agree to this policy and accept that refunds, if any, will be governed by the terms below.
2.1. Refund requests will only be entertained in the following cases:
• Service not delivered: The assigned service provider did not show up at the service location and the job was not completed.
2.2. Submit any evidence if requested (e.g., photo/video, chat/call log).
3.1. No refund shall be granted for:
• Wallet recharges, tips, or promotional credits.
• Discounted services, bundled offers, coupons, or membership programs.
• Any dissatisfaction not directly caused by the service provider's actions or inactions.
3.2. For Monthly Booking / Recurring Booking (MBRB) orders, any refund (if approved) will be specific to the service slot where the issue occurred. A refund for one slot does not entitle a refund for the entire monthly booking unless the entire order is canceled as per our cancellation terms.
4.1. If your refund request falls under the eligible conditions:
• We may offer a free re-service, discounted replacement, or process a partial/full refund.
• Refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of Midclap, based on investigation and service logs.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days via:
• The original payment method, or
• Midclap Wallet (if applicable), based on your preference.
4.3. In case of any extra or duplicate payment due to technical error, a full refund of the excess amount will be initiated upon verification.
5.1. We may use third-party payment processors to handle refunds.
5.2. Midclap shall not be held liable for:
• Delay or failure in refund processing due to incorrect payment details provided by you.
• Failures or delays on the part of banks or payment gateways.
6.1. The maximum liability of Midclap towards any refund will not exceed the actual service fee paid for the specific booking.
